As a member-based association headquartered in King of Prussia, MEA provides:
- Hundreds of training events each year. MEA is the area’s leading provider of supervisory/management training. Last year MEA conducted training sessions for over 2000 employees in its King of Prussia facility and reached thousands more through custom programs delivered onsite at employers' locations. Many programs are also delivered via webinar.
- HR compliance experts. MEA provides real-time access to members through its Employers Hotline, helping members to maintain compliance, limit risk and save time. Through MEA, members receive guidance on complying with workplace regulations, developing employee handbooks or affirmative action plans, or handling difficult employee situations.
