  • Using current job descriptions, MEA pulls market data from multiple salary surveys to compare your current pay rates against the external market.  If desired, we use a point factor system to analyze all jobs in the organization for internal equity.
  • Next, MEA designs a tailored compensation structure and administration program, and provides financial costing for that program.
  • After MEA delivers your final report, we continue to reassess your new compensation program at  agreed-upon intervals.
