MEA’s annual wage and salary surveys include national, regional and local data for compensation, benefits, pay trends, and policies. As a benefit of MEA membership, if you participate in one of our surveys, you’ll get all the reports for free. Even if you choose not to participate, you’ll still be eligible to receive the reports for a low price.  We want our employers to stay informed and current as they face the challenges of attracting and retaining their talent.
