HR professionals, managers and front-line supervisors will learn about the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and ADA, how to manage and respond to employee complaints, how to assist their employer in responding to charges of discrimination, and how to administer pay practices which comply with the Wage & Hour law. |
