LEADERSHIP: SUPERVISION AND MANAGEMENT
Leadership Skills for Today's Workforce*†
Description
In this program, participants will explore and define what makes a leader successful. Critical to the definition will be the examination of the differences between the role of the supervisor, manager and leader. By reading and discussing case studies that illustrate leadership styles, participants will reflect on how, and why, leaders in their own organizations make decisions. Participants will also learn skills which they can use to enhance their leadership abilities in their existing and future roles.
