| LEADERSHIP: SUPERVISION AND MANAGEMENT |
| Understanding Your Impact as a Leader using DiSC Theory* |
Description Supervisors and managers often pride themselves in knowing the job (task) well and may forget that their jobs are actually “people” jobs as opposed to “task” jobs. This tool/assessment is designed to help improve communication, ease frustration and conflict, and develop effective managers and teams. This session provides tools to help us explore how we behave when dealing with others. |
