Everyone, at some point in life, faces conflicts. In the workplace, unresolved conflict robs productivity, and can result in serious morale problems. Those most effective in their roles at work know how to manage and resolve conflicts so that the parties involved are able to problem solve and move on with positive feelings. This program will teach participants the skills and tools required to recognize and handle a conflict reaching resolutions that contribute to progress and productivity.
