Description Successful leaders know that credibility is paramount to their success! At work it is important to strive to maintain credibility with employees, coworkers, managers, and customers. Those who manage others know that to be respected and viewed as the “right person to go to,” “the person who knows the job,” or the “person who is considered a respected leader” produces results. In this session participants will explore credibility, professionalism and the impact of a manager’s leadership style on employee productivity and results. Participants will have the chance to reflect on how they personally can make a professional impact in their organizations. |
