MEA Background & Reference Checking

As an employer, you should not make an employment offer to anyone at any level without doing a thorough background check. Not only will you protect yourself from potential future liabilities, you will also avoid the costly mistake of hiring someone whose resume and interviews have managed to mask negative past performance.

Unfortunately, if you are like many employers, you find it hard to do a good reference check because you don't have the time and you can't seem to get much out of the references. You also don't have access to key databases of information. MEA offers this service through a third-party provider:
