New COBRA Model Notices
Now that the COBRA subsidy has expired, many of our members have been wondering what COBRA notice they should be using for employees who become COBRA eligible after May 31st. The DOL has released new COBRA model notices (in English and Spanish) without the ARRA subsidy language for employer use. The email release contained the following information:
