Marc is a unique speaker as he has helped some of the world’s largest and most successful companies improve the quality and depth of their talent as both a consultant and internal Talent Executive. He has developed a powerfully simple approach to managing talent that is based on research and seeks to solve the challenge so many companies face in keeping their talent strategies and talent processes simple and effective.
During this workshop, Marc will outline the principles of One Page Talent Management and then delve into the world of Performance Management and 360 Reviews to offer some practical tips and guidance on how to add value while offering simplicity, transparency and accountability. There will also be time for questions and answers.
