LIFTT Community Guidelines

Welcome to LIFTT (Leadership Inspiration for Today & Tomorrow)! We are thrilled to have you join us. Becoming a leader is one of the most exciting yet challenging transitions in your career. LIFTT is a dynamic community built to empower managers, supervisors, and leaders with the inspiration, skills, and support they need to become more effective leaders — now and in the future.

To ensure a positive and productive environment, please follow these guidelines:

1. Account Registration Policy

To maintain the integrity and safety of our community, all members are required to register as individuals. Company, organization, or group accounts are not permitted. If we identify an account created on behalf of a business or organization, we reserve the right to suspend or delete the account without prior notice.

2. Code of Conduct & Content Guidelines

When sharing content, ensure it aligns with the LIFTT Community’s purpose. Share clearly and thoughtfully. Be concise and specific to help others engage effectively and find valuable information easily.

All defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, harassing, offensive, or illegal materials are strictly prohibited. Do not post anything that you would not want the world to see or that you would not want anyone to know came from you.

We expect all members to:

Respect Others

Do not bully your peers; do not post language that is threatening or meant to attack another person. Use inclusive language and show kindness to all community members.

Respect Everyone's Privacy

Do not share or disclose any person’s personal information without their consent.

Respect the Purpose of the Community

Use the community to interact with other members by sharing successes, challenges, best practices, feedback, questions, and goals instead of products or services that you provide. If you’ve found a product or service helpful, please share your experience with the group in a respectful way.

Respect Intellectual Property

Post content that you have personally created or have permission to use and have properly attributed to the content creator.

Respect the Community

Do not post spam, phishing links, or files with viruses.
