The LIFTT Community & Leadership Coaching Group

A Leadership Community Built for Inspired Leaders

Launch Your Leadership Journey with LIFTT

Being a leader can be one of the most exciting, rewarding, and challenging transitions in your career. Too often, people leaders are expected to lead others without the development, support, and connection they need to thrive. You may be exceptional at your job, but leading people requires a completely different set of skills.

The good news? Leadership skills are learned skills.

That’s why we created LIFTT (Leadership Inspiration for Today & Tomorrow), a free leadership community designed for inspired leaders looking for continuous development and support.

More than a learning platform, LIFTT is an online network where leaders come together to learn, share ideas, ask questions, exchange experiences, and support one another. Through leadership resources, monthly learning opportunities, discussions, and live events, members gain practical insights, fresh perspectives, and real-world strategies they can immediately apply in their roles.

Whether you’re a new or emerging leader, experienced manager, or seasoned executive, LIFTT provides access to a growing leadership community who understand the realities of leadership. For employers, it offers a scalable way to reinforce leadership development and create an ongoing business leadership group experience that extends learning well beyond formal training programs.

Everything lives within the LIFTT Community, creating one place for leaders to access learning, resources, conversations, and connections. This leadership group is led by Margaret Uhrich, MEA’s Leadership Development and Coaching Expert and Chief Inspiration Officer of LIFTT.

The LIFTT Framework

At the heart of the LIFTT leadership community is the LIFTT Framework, which guides our monthly themes, learning experiences, discussions, resources, and leadership development opportunities.

Lead Self

Leaders often struggle to guide others when they lack a clear understanding of themselves. Unclear priorities, inconsistent communication, and reactive decisions can make it difficult to build trust and lead with confidence.

Leadership begins with you. The Lead Self domain helps leaders develop the self-awareness needed to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and intention. By understanding their strengths, habits, and leadership impact, leaders build a stronger foundation for leading others effectively.

Lead Others

People don’t follow titles. They follow leaders who earn trust, communicate with clarity, and make others feel valued, respected, and supported.

The Lead Others domain helps leaders develop the interpersonal skills that inspire people to do their best work. Through stronger communication, empathy, trust-building, and coaching conversations, leaders learn how to motivate employees, build engagement, and create stronger workplace relationships.

Lead Teams

Teams can struggle to perform at their best when leaders fail to create alignment, build trust, and establish clear expectations. Without strong leadership, even capable teams can become disconnected, disengaged, and less effective.

Leadership is about uniting people through collaboration. The Lead Teams domain helps leaders create a shared vision, strengthen accountability, and empower teams to work together toward common goals, driving stronger performance and results.

Lead Change

Change is constant, but leading people through change is rarely easy. When leaders fail to provide clarity, direction, and confidence, uncertainty can create resistance, confusion, and stalled progress.

Leadership is about driving progress in the face of uncertainty. The Lead Change domain helps leaders anticipate challenges, communicate a clear vision, and engage others in the journey. Because change isn’t just about new strategies, it’s about helping people adapt, grow, and move forward together.

How LIFTT Works: A Month-by-Month Experience
