Currently, 150+ individuals, like you, participate in these monthly discussions, and value the ongoing opportunities to connect with their peers across industries on a regular basis. The purpose of these groups is to share ideas, best practices and resources, learn from each other, and foster the strong sense of community that comes with MEA Membership.
Members can choose from Peer Groups tailored to the following roles:
Strategic HR (2nd Thursdays at 2 PM ET or 3rd Tuesdays at 9 AM ET)
HR Generalist (3rd Thursdays at 2 PM ET)
CEO/Owner (2nd Thursdays at 8 AM ET)
COO/CFO (2nd Thursdays at 8 AM ET)
Peer group members should expect most meetings to be held virtually every month and last 1 hour. Participants are expected to attend at least 50% of meetings.
