Stepping into leadership—whether for the first time or as part of your continued growth—can be one of the most exciting yet challenging transitions in your career.  

Yet too often, new people leaders aren’t given the essential leadership training they need to thrive. You may be great at what you do, but leading others brings new pressures—and often, an unexpected sense of isolation.

That’s why we’ve created LIFTT (Leadership Inspiration for Today & Tomorrow) — a community built for inspired leaders looking for continuous development and support.  

The LIFTT Framework  

The LIFTT Community is designed around a comprehensive framework that supports leaders at every stage of their journey. The LIFTT Framework consists of four distinctive domains: 

1. Lead Self 

Leadership starts—with you. Before you can effectively lead others, you must first lead yourself. That means understanding your strengths, acknowledging your blind spots, and committing to your own growth. By committing to continuous personal development and acting with intention, you set a clear direction and earn the trust of those who look to you for guidance.  

2. Lead Others 

Leadership is so much more than just managing people—it’s about inspiring them. This means building trust, communicating clearly, and showing empathy. People don’t follow titles; they follow leaders who care and make them feel valued.   

3. Lead Teams 

Leadership is about uniting people through collaboration. Teams are the driving force behind any organization, and as a leader, it’s your job to bring everyone together. You will need to create a shared vision, encourage open communication, and make sure every team member feels like they’re part of something meaningful. A strong team doesn’t just deliver results—it creates an environment where people thrive together.  

4. Lead Change 

Leadership is about driving progress in the face of uncertainty. Change isn’t on the horizon—it’s already here, and it’s here to stay. As a leader, you’ll need to anticipate challenges and communicate a clear vision. Because at its core, change isn’t just about strategy—it’s about people. 

What Can Members Expect?  

Monthly Leadership Themes 

Every month, we will focus on developing a core leadership competency within one of the domains that you need to better lead yourself, lead others, lead teams, and lead change.  

Bite-Sized Inspirations 

Each Bite-Sized Inspiration will consist of a short, impactful microlearning and actionable tipsheet to help you develop the monthly leadership competencies. We will dive into what the competency is, what it looks like as a leader, and how you can get better at it.  

Resource Library  

You’ll also have access to a resource library filled with checklists, FAQs, and other practical tools. Some of these resources include:

Community Feed  

Our community feed is where the real conversations happen. It’s your go-to space for insights and inspiration around each month’s leadership theme. The community feed is also a place for you to share your wins, ask for advice, and get perspectives from leaders who are right there with you, figuring it out too. 

LIFTT Live 

To bring it all together, every month, participants can join LIFTT Live, an expert-led, live session that dives deeper into our monthly leadership competencies. This is your opportunity to ask questions, practice new skills, and connect with other leaders in real time.
