The Employer’s Hotline is staffed by our team of HR, benefits and training experts, all of whom are supported by our in-house attorney. This valuable service is available to Members at no additional charge because we want you to feel comfortable calling as often as you need help. And you will. In the past year, we’ve handled over 2,500 hotline questions from Members who turned to us for responsive, practical answers to their HR questions.
When you call the MEA Employers’ Hotline, you have immediate, single-source access to HR experts who have years of professional experience in their fields of expertise—and experience in working with hundreds of MEA Members like you. Our staff is here to give you accurate information and provide powerful advice and guidance. We’ll talk you through a problem and, when necessary, put you in touch with the business resources you need.
On the rare occasion we’re unable to sufficiently address your challenge, we won’t leave you without a solution. We’ll conduct research until we find answers by contacting State and Federal agencies or other MEA Members, as well as turn to our vast resource toolbox.
