King of Prussia, PA — July 16, 2026 — MidAtlantic Employers’ Association (MEA) today announced an expanded set of artificial intelligence resources designed to help employers prepare their workforce, strengthen AI literacy, and move from experimentation to responsible adoption.
Training, peer learning, and leadership programming help MEA Members move from AI awareness to practical adoption.
As AI becomes a core business capability, employers are under growing pressure to determine how the technology fits into their people strategy, operations, and long-term competitiveness. For many organizations, the challenge is no longer whether to use AI, but how to integrate it in a practical, responsible, and workforce-centered way.
Effective adoption requires more than new tools. Employers need to build employee confidence, prepare leaders to manage change, create clear guidelines, and identify where AI can improve productivity, decision-making, and service delivery.
To support that shift, MEA is working with Dynaimix, an AI training and consulting firm, to deliver practical education, peer learning, and leadership programming that help MEA Members build internal AI capability while keeping people and business outcomes at the center of adoption.
“AI adoption is not just a technology initiative; it is a workforce strategy,” said Margaret Uhrich, MEA Director of Learning and Development. “MEA is supporting Members with a multi-pronged approach that includes hands-on training, peer learning, leadership education, implementation resources, and practical guidance. Our focus is helping Members build capability with confidence, while keeping people, culture, and business results at the center.”
Building AI Confidence Through Hands-On Learning
Deep-Dive AI Learning with Boot Camps
MEA and Dynaimix offer a two-day AI Boot Camp that helps leaders and professionals move from curiosity to practical application. The program combines hands-on exercises, real-world business use cases, and guided discussion so participants leave with greater confidence and actionable ideas for AI adoption.
Participants explore AI tools, prompting techniques, workflow opportunities, and implementation considerations they can apply within their organizations.
Targeted AI Learning for Everyday Work
MEA and Dynaimix also offer focused AI courses for professionals at different stages of adoption. Each course is designed to build practical skills that can be used immediately in daily work.
Current offerings include:
- Copilot – LLM 1.0: Learn how Microsoft 365 Copilot works and how to use it effectively in daily workflows.
- Copilot with Productivity Tools 1.0: Learn how to use Microsoft Copilot across Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Copilot: Agents & Notebooks 1.0: Explore how Copilot Agents and Copilot Notebooks can improve collaboration and organizational effectiveness.
- Prompt Engineering (Novice Level) 1.0: Learn foundational prompting techniques that help generate more accurate, relevant, and useful outputs from AI tools.
These short-format programs help employees and leaders use AI more confidently, productively, and responsibly.
Learning from Peers Navigating AI Adoption
MEA has also introduced an AI Peer Group for professionals responsible for evaluating, implementing, or guiding AI within their organizations.
Facilitated by Dynaimix, the group meets virtually each month and gives participants a forum to share progress, discuss challenges, explore emerging trends, and learn from peers working through similar AI adoption questions.
The group focuses on practical implementation, governance, organizational adoption, and real-world use cases.
Bringing AI to the Main Stage
This year’s Leadership Conference theme is Prioritizing Human First Leadership in a Technology Driven World. Chris Carr, AI Strategist, Educator, and Founder and CEO of Dynaimix, will present The AI Advantage: What Every Business Leader Needs to Know, a session designed to help leaders understand where AI can create value and how to guide teams through rapid change.
